Last updated: 2025-03-26
1. Font Usage Recommendations
1.1 Recommended fonts for documents:
Chinese: SimSun, SimHei, FangSong, KaiTi, Noto Sans SC, Noto Serif SC, Microsoft YaHei (requires license), FZYaoti (requires license), STZhongsong (requires license);
English: Arial, Calibri, Noto Sans;
Japanese: Noto Sans JP, Hiragino Sans;
Korean: Noto Sans KR, Malgun Gothic;
Thai: Noto Sans Thai, Th Sarabun New.
1.2 Do not use YouYuan or LiSu fonts for Chinese text, as they may cause font compression.
1.3 When using Microsoft YaHei, do not use the Microsoft YaHei Light version.
1.4 It is recommended to limit the number of font types used in PPT to 1–3.
1.5 If paid fonts are required, please convert the document to PDF.
2. Supported Formats for Animated PPT
Currently, only .ppt and .pptx file formats are supported. PPT files saved via software such as WPS or Keynote may have compatibility issues. If style problems occur after uploading, it is recommended to open the file using Microsoft Office (any version), check and adjust the format layout, re-save, and then upload again.
3. Upload Recommendations
3.1 Upload during off-peak hours, avoiding peak periods such as 8:30–11:00, 13:00–15:00, and 18:00–19:30.
3.2 It is recommended to upload the document to be presented at least 30 minutes in advance. After uploading, test by flipping through pages in the client to ensure everything is normal.
3.3 It is recommended that each PPT slide does not exceed 2MB. Do not insert audio, video, or GIF images into the PPT.
3.4 Do not set the document to read-only or password-protected.
3.5 Do not check the "Set automatic slide transition time" option in PPT documents; otherwise, after uploading and converting to animation, the slides may automatically advance to the next page.
