Feature Name Lucky Bag
Feature Description Lucky Bag is used to initiate time-limited prize draws during a live stream. Viewers can participate in the Lucky Bag draw after completing specified tasks as prompted on the page. Custom prizes support linking to a prize claim form, facilitating the collection of winning viewers' prize claim information.
Purpose To enhance the interactive atmosphere of the live room and increase viewer retention time through countdowns, task participation, and draw results; when using physical prizes, it allows for the simultaneous collection of information needed for subsequent prize distribution.
Use Cases Marketing live streams, shopping live streams, event operations, course interactions, and other live streaming scenarios requiring increased viewer engagement.
Operation Path Go to [Live List], select a live channel and click [Details], then enter [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag] in the live room management.

II. Usage Instructions

1. Creating a New Lucky Bag Activity

After entering [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag], click [New Activity] to enter the Lucky Bag activity configuration page.

Basic Information

Configuration Item Description
Activity Name Enter the name for the Lucky Bag activity, used to identify the activity in the backend list and data records.
Participating Users Select the range of users who can participate in the Lucky Bag activity, e.g., all online users.
Number of Winners Set the number of winners for this Lucky Bag activity.
Activity Rules You can fill in activity descriptions, participation requirements, or prize distribution rules. Relevant prompts will be displayed on the viewer side based on the activity configuration.

Participation Tasks

Lucky Bag supports setting conditions for viewer participation. Viewers must complete the selected tasks to meet the Lucky Bag participation conditions.

Currently supported task types include:

Task Type Description
Specified Comment Viewers need to send a specific comment.
Online Duration Viewers need to reach the set online duration.

At least 1 task must be selected; when multiple tasks are selected simultaneously, viewers must complete all selected tasks to meet the Lucky Bag conditions.

Draw Settings

Configuration Item Description
Draw Countdown Set the countdown duration after the Lucky Bag is initiated. Once the activity is initiated, the system will automatically draw winners based on the countdown.

Prize Information

Lucky Bag supports the following prize types:

Prize Type Description
Custom Prize You can fill in the prize name and add a prize image. If the admin backend has the media library enabled, you can select an image from the media library; if not, select an image locally. The assistant page and the streaming start page both select images locally. Suitable for physical prizes, benefit prizes, etc.
Cash Red Packet You can set the red packet amount each winning user receives.
Setting Prize Claim Information

When using a custom prize, you can enable [Prize Claim Information] to link a form for collecting prize claim information. This setting is not displayed for cash red packets.

  1. Select [Custom Prize] in [Prize Information].
  2. Enable [Prize Claim Information].
  3. Click [Select Form] to open the prize claim form list.
  4. Select the prize claim form you want to use and click [Confirm].

After selection, the page will display the prize claim form name. To make adjustments, click [Change] to reselect.

In the [Select Form] popup, you can preview existing forms or click [New Form] to create a prize claim form.

After enabling [Prize Claim Information], you must select a prize claim form to save the activity. After configuration, click [Save] to create the Lucky Bag activity.

2. Managing Lucky Bag Activities

After entering [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag], you can view the list of created Lucky Bag activities for the current live room.

The activity list supports filtering by activity name, prize type, and status. It also supports refreshing the list, viewing data, and creating new activities.

When an activity is in progress, the host, assistant, and admin backend can view the real-time remaining time for the draw in the Lucky Bag activity list; after the draw, the countdown reverts to displaying the set activity duration.

Activity status descriptions are as follows:

For drawn activities, you can click [Data] to enter the secondary data page for that activity.

3. Initiating a Lucky Bag Activity

After a Lucky Bag activity is created, it can be initiated during the live stream. Supported initiation endpoints include:

Initiation Endpoint Description
Admin Backend In the [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag] activity list, click [Initiate] for an uninitiated activity.
Assistant Page Click [Lucky Bag] in the assistant page tool area, open the Lucky Bag activity list, and initiate the activity.
Web Streaming Start Page Enter [Lucky Bag] in the interactive tools of the web streaming start page, select the activity, and initiate it.

After the activity is initiated, the viewer side will display the Lucky Bag entry, draw countdown, prize information, number of participants, and participation conditions. After the countdown ends, the system automatically draws winners.

III. Viewer Participation and Filling in Prize Claim Information

After the Lucky Bag is initiated, viewers can see the Lucky Bag activity on the viewing page.

Main content displayed on the viewer side includes:

  • Lucky Bag countdown
  • Prize information
  • Number of winning slots
  • Number of participants
  • Participation conditions
  • Activity rule prompts

After viewers complete the participation conditions, they can participate in the Lucky Bag draw. If the activity has set multiple participation tasks, viewers must complete all tasks to meet the participation conditions.

When the activity has set an online duration task, the remaining viewing time will be displayed before the task is completed; after reaching the viewing duration, the task status updates to [Completed].

1. Filling in Prize Claim Information After Winning

When [Prize Claim Information] is enabled for a custom prize, the winning popup displays [Fill in Prize Claim Information]. Click it, then fill in and submit the prize claim information according to the page prompts.

The fields and required requirements for the prize claim information are based on the prize claim form linked to the activity. Submission is not possible if required fields are left blank or have incorrect formats.

If the phone number field in the prize claim form has SMS verification enabled, viewers need to obtain and enter the correct SMS verification code to complete phone number verification before submitting the prize claim information.

After successful submission, the prize claim information cannot be edited again.

2. Claiming or Viewing in "My Rewards"

Enter [My Rewards] - [Lucky Bag] on the viewing page to view Lucky Bag winning records.

  • If prize claim information has not been filled in yet, click [Claim] to enter the filling page.
  • If prize claim information has been filled in, click [View] to see the submitted information.

Submitted prize claim information can only be viewed, not modified.

IV. Viewing Lucky Bag Data

Lucky Bag data can be viewed through the following entries:

  • Click [View Data] on the [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag] page to enter the Lucky Bag summary data page.
  • In the [Marketing Interaction] - [Lucky Bag] activity list, click [Data] for a drawn activity to enter the secondary data page for that activity.
  • Enter [Live Room Statistics] - [Interaction Data] - [Lucky Bag] to view the Lucky Bag summary data.

The Lucky Bag summary data page supports filtering by session ID and activity name, and allows exporting winning details based on the current filter scope.

Lucky Bag Data Field Descriptions

Field Description
Initiation Time The time the Lucky Bag activity was initiated in the live room.
Draw Time The time the Lucky Bag activity draw was completed.
Session ID The live session ID to which the Lucky Bag activity belongs.
Activity Name The name of the current Lucky Bag activity.
Prize Type Custom prize or cash red packet.
Prize Information Displays information such as prize name, red packet amount, or prize image.
Number of Winners The number of winners for the current Lucky Bag activity.
Number of Participants The number of participants for the current Lucky Bag activity.

Available actions are as follows:

View Details Enter the secondary data page for the current Lucky Bag activity.
Export Data Export the data results for the current Lucky Bag activity.
Export Winning Details Export the winning user details for all Lucky Bag activities within the current filter scope. Each winning user occupies a separate row, including the associated activity, prize, and user information.

When the activity has [Prize Claim Information] enabled, the exported winning details also include the prize claim form content submitted by the user.

V. Viewing Single Session Lucky Bag Data

Click [Data] in the activity list, or click [View Details] on the Lucky Bag summary data page, to enter the secondary data page for a single session Lucky Bag.

The single session Lucky Bag data page contains two parts:

1. Lucky Bag Activity Information

Displays the basic information of the current Lucky Bag activity, including:

  • Lucky Bag activity name
  • Prize type
  • Prize information
  • Number of winners
  • Number of participants
  • Draw countdown
  • Actual draw time

2. Winner List

The winner list displays the following information:

  • Serial number
  • User ID
  • External ID
  • User nickname
  • Prize claim information status

After enabling the user system, the winner list displays [External ID]. When using independent authorization and an external ID has been passed, the page displays the corresponding value; if not passed, it displays --. This field is used to associate users in the business system.

Prize claim information statuses include:

  • Pending: The winning viewer has not yet submitted prize claim information.
  • Submitted: The winning viewer has submitted prize claim information.

For viewers who have submitted prize claim information, you can click [View Prize Claim Information] to see the form content they submitted.

Click [Export Results] to export the winner list. The exported content also includes the External ID; if not passed, this field is left blank. When the activity has [Prize Claim Information] enabled, the exported content also includes the prize claim information status, submission time, and the form content filled in by the viewer.

VI. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What conditions do viewers need to complete to participate in the Lucky Bag?

A: Viewers need to complete all participation tasks configured for the activity to meet the Lucky Bag participation conditions. At least 1 task must be set for the Lucky Bag; when both "Specified Comment" and "Online Duration" are set, viewers must complete all tasks.

Q: Can a cash red packet be linked to a prize claim form?

A: No. Only custom prizes support enabling [Prize Claim Information] and linking to a prize claim form; this setting is not displayed for cash red packets.

Q: Where can winners fill in or view prize claim information?
