| Feature Description | The inviter admin is responsible for managing the "Marketing Wallet" and prepaying marketing expenses to the headquarters' WeChat Pay account. Marketing expenses are mainly used to cover red packet costs for task reward activities. The admin can view in the consumption records which inviter's viewers received how many red packets and at what time. |

II. Usage Instructions
1. Operators set an inviter admin for the organization in the management backend
An organization can only have one "Inviter Admin". The admin currently has permission to top up and view the marketing wallet. Inviters within the same organization can share marketing expenses. The inviter admin can be replaced, and the new admin will need to top up the marketing wallet again.
2. The admin tops up the marketing wallet
Only the inviter admin can see the marketing wallet entry; other inviters cannot.
3. Set the viewing condition for a new channel to "Invite to Watch"
If the channel's viewing condition is not set to "Invite to Watch", the option for red packet expenses to be borne by the inviter cannot be selected when creating a new task reward.
4. When creating a new task reward, check the option for red packet expenses to be borne by the inviter
If not checked, marketing expenses will not be deducted from the inviter admin.
5. The admin views the organization's consumption records in the marketing wallet
The inviter admin can view consumption records generated by viewers bound to inviters within the same organization in the marketing wallet. This includes the user nickname, inviter nickname, consumption time, consumption amount, and consumption event.
There are three types of consumption events: Distributed to viewer's wallet (this event only applies to the new merchant transfer), Distributed to viewer's WeChat balance (this event only applies to the old merchant transfer to balance), and Distribution failed.
If no marketing wallet consumption has occurred, possible reasons include: the reward limit has been reached, insufficient marketing wallet balance, the viewer is not bound to an inviter, or the organization of the viewer's bound inviter has no admin.
