II. Operation Steps
1. Backend Settings
(1) There are three ways to open the Prohibited Words management page:
a. Enter the live streaming backend, open the live stream list, enter the live room management, go to Compliance & Risk Control, and click Prohibited Word Blocking.
b. Enter the live streaming backend, open the live stream list, go to Compliance & Risk Control, and click Prohibited Word Blocking.

(2) Prohibited words are divided into Channel Prohibited Words and Platform Prohibited Words. Platform Prohibited Words take effect globally across all channels.

(3) In contrast to prohibited words, Exempted Words are used for the exemption filtering function in the live chat room. Once a word is identified as an exempted word, it can be seen by everyone without requiring review.

(4) Prohibited words can be configured in detail. The Prohibited Word Interception Type determines whether prohibited words can be sent in the form of asterisks (*). Phone number and QQ number filtering replaces all or part of the numbers with unrelated characters. You can also choose to apply the prohibited word filtering rules to instructors and teaching assistants.

(5) The Prohibited Word Library supports single import, batch import, and clearing functions. When using the batch import function, first download the template, then place the prohibited words to be imported in the first column of the template table. Then click the Batch Import button and upload the template table.
You can see that the import was successful.

2. Effect Demonstration
(1) Taking the web broadcasting end and the web viewing end as examples, when an instructor sends a message containing a prohibited word, the entire sentence is blocked.
(2) When sending a QQ number, phone number, etc., they will be replaced with asterisks (*).
