Feature Description

Live Stream Statistics allows you to view multi-dimensional data performance for a channel after a live stream ends. The module is divided into eight subpages based on data usage. Each subpage supports filtering by session, date, and other conditions, as well as data export. Some metrics support deduplication by viewer or device.

Use Cases

Operations Review: View access, viewing, and interaction data for single or multiple live streams.
Sales Analysis: View the complete funnel of product explanations, clicks, orders, and transactions.
Enrollment and Attendance Management: View learning metrics such as attendance rate and course completion rate.
Marketing and Traffic Generation: View the effectiveness of activities such as invitation posters, invitation rewards, and WeCom marketing.
Compliance Auditing: View records of pre-stream compliance confirmation, risk assessments, and audio reviews.

Accessing Live Stream Statistics

Enter Cloud Live Streaming, and select the target channel from the live stream list on the left.
After entering the channel, expand Live Stream Statistics in the left navigation.
Click Live Stream Statistics to enter the statistics overview page.

Subpage Overview

Subpage	Purpose
Live Stream Overview	Summarizes core metrics such as channel access, viewing, and product conversion.
Session Statistics	View data by session, including stream duration, number of viewers, peak concurrent viewers, and replay views.
Viewing Data	View viewing data by user, date, device, region, and online viewer count.
Interaction Data	View interaction records such as chat, Q&A, quizzes, surveys, check-ins, likes, tips, and co-hosting.
Product Data	View traffic and conversion data for product explanations, clicks, orders, and transactions.
Traffic Generation Data	View traffic generation records such as invitation posters, invitation rewards, WeCom marketing, registrations, scheduled viewing, and appointments.
Compliance Data	View records of pre-stream compliance confirmation, risk assessments, risk confirmation letters, and audio reviews.
Learning Statistics	View learning metrics for small class channels by session, including expected attendees, actual attendees, attendance rate, and course completion rate.
