Q1: What are the requirements for setting the avatar in image-text live streaming?

For optimal display, please upload an icon of 140 x 140 pixels. Supported formats are jpg, jpeg, and png, with a file size not exceeding 2 MB.

Q2: The page refreshes when zooming in on an image in image-text live streaming

This is caused by compatibility issues on a very small number of device models. Try switching to a different device to view. If the issue persists, contact after-sales support for troubleshooting.

Q3: Images fail to load in image-text live streaming

The customer's domain does not support HTTPS, preventing image resources from loading. It is recommended that the customer add HTTPS to their domain configuration.

Q4: Unable to upload images for image-text live streaming

Try switching networks and re-uploading. If the issue still cannot be resolved, contact after-sales support.

Q5: Adding content in image-text live streaming shows a "publish failed" error

The image content violates regulations, e.g., involving pornography, violence, etc. Please replace it with another image.

Q6: Can a published image-text live stream be modified?

Published image-text live streams cannot be directly modified. You can only delete them and re-edit and publish again.

Q7: Why can't the audience see the image-text live stream after it has been published?

Check whether the image-text live streaming feature is enabled. Click on Image-Text Live Streaming → Enable → then edit the content to be published.

The JSSDK currently does not support image-text live streaming. It is recommended to use the WebView default viewing page.

Q9: In image-text live streaming mode, images are not fully displayed, but they display completely in image mode. Why is this?

In image-text live streaming mode, due to the need to balance the layout of text and images, only part of the image is shown. You can click on the image to view the full content in a pop-up.

Q10: Which roles can send content in image-text live streaming?

Currently, image-text live streaming only supports administrators logging into the backend, entering the image-text live streaming template, and sending content. It does not support sending from the host, guest, or teaching assistant ports.
