Question 1: Can multiple presenters be set?

No. The presenter is a unique role. A live room has only one instructor, responsible for teaching and managing live room information.

Question 2: What is the maximum number of teaching assistants that can be created?

Up to 500 teaching assistants can be created.

Question 3: What is the maximum number of guests that can be created?

Up to 16 guests can be created. The actual number depends on the number of co-host connections enabled for the account.

Question 4: Can the account passwords for the presenter, guests, and teaching assistants be customized?

In the backend, the accounts for the presenter, guests, and teaching assistants cannot be modified, but their passwords can be changed. If instructors need to log in with custom account credentials, single sign-on (SSO) can be used.

Question 5: Can guest instructors be prevented from seeing the online member list?

Yes. In the guest's [Role Permissions], disable [Member List].

Question 6: What is the maximum number of teaching assistants that can review chats simultaneously?

There is no upper limit. It can be configured as needed.

Question 7: Where can the background for presenter and guest chroma keying be modified in advance?

In the presenter and guest [Role Permissions] → [Function Configuration] → [Set AI Chroma Key Background Image].

Question 8: Modifying the guest name and title in role settings does not take effect on the viewing page.

Not supported. Cash red packets are based on the WeChat Pay feature within the WeChat environment and require WeChat for cash transactions.

Question 9: When modifying a cash red packet in the backend, the error "Failed to call WeChat Pay" appears.

Cause: The modification was made after the guest entered.
Solution: The guest instructor needs to log in again for the changes to take effect.

Question 10: Can the [Mixer Switch] be enabled by default when starting a broadcast via web?

Yes. In the presenter and guest [Role Permissions] → [Function Configuration] → [Web Broadcast Exclusive Configuration] → enable [Mixer Switch Default On].

Question 11: What does [Camera State Follow] mean in [Role Permissions]?

When [Camera State Follow] is enabled, screen sharing will maintain the camera state (on/off) that was set before sharing. If disabled, the camera will be turned off by default during screen sharing.

Question 12: Can the instructor prompt text in the question window be changed?

Yes. Go to [Page Decoration] → click [Question] → modify [Question Prompt Text].

Question 13: Can student titles in the chat room be changed?

Yes. Go to [Role Settings] → [Audience Settings] → [Settings] → [Enable] → modify the title → [Enable] the title.

Question 14: Can guests still speak in the chat room when all-mute is enabled?

Yes. Go to [Role Settings] → [Guest Settings] → [Settings] → check [Can speak when muted].

Question 15: Can the positions of title and nickname be swapped in the template table when adding teaching assistants in bulk?

No. When using the template to add teaching assistants in bulk, the information must be filled in strictly according to the template positions: the first column is the title, the second column is the nickname, and the third column is the password. The red text in the second row of the template can be deleted.

Question 16: Can a teaching assistant turn PPT slides for a guest instructor?

Yes, but first go to [Role Settings] → [Teaching Assistant Settings] and grant the teaching assistant the [PPT Slide Turning] permission.
