Notes

  • A maximum of 500 receiving relay channels can be linked.
  • Seminars and MR live streaming do not support relay.
  • The main channel does not support logging into the chat room.
  • The main channel is only responsible for starting the video broadcast and distributing sub-channel functions. All marketing and interactive features such as tipping, product library, check-in, announcements, surveys, answer cards, lucky draws, red packets, etc., cannot be used. Logging into the main channel chat room to speak is not supported.
  • Viewers can only chat and interact within their own sub-channel. Sub-channels are isolated from each other; cross-sub-channel chat or viewing chat content from other sub-channels is not allowed.
  • Teaching assistants in a sub-channel can assist the main channel host in managing viewers of that sub-channel and execute interactive marketing functions such as tipping, product library, check-in, announcements, surveys, answer cards, lucky draws, and red packets. All operations by the sub-channel teaching assistant only take effect within that sub-channel.
