Requirements Communication	POLYV holds meetings with the customer's business and technical leads to confirm the complete business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Business Solution Delivery	POLYV holds meetings with the customer's business and technical leads to confirm the complete implementation plan for the customer's business requirements.
Technical Integration Guidance	POLYV guides the customer's technical team through the integration process via WeChat groups and meetings, responding to all issues in real time.
Pre-launch Business Review	Before the customer's business goes live, POLYV conducts a functional review and system diagnosis of the customer's business system, assisting in resolving any identified issues.
Delivery Acceptance Evaluation	Upon completion of the delivery, POLYV confirms the work content and deliverables of the delivery phase with the customer's business and technical leads in an appropriate manner, and conducts acceptance and evaluation of the work performed.
