1. Creating a Seminar

On the My Live Streams page, click the New Live Stream button in the top-right corner of the list. In the creation window, select Seminar as the live stream type, fill in the name and category, then click Confirm to complete creation.
Note: If any information is missing or does not meet the requirements, please follow the on-screen prompts to make corrections before saving.
2. Seminar Settings
Settings Entry

On the My Live Streams page, locate the seminar you wish to configure in the list. Click the Settings button in the action list on the right to enter the seminar settings page.
Host/Participant Login Settings

In the left menu of the settings page, click Role Management. In the role list on the right, click Change Password. Enter the new password in the pop-up window and save.
Notes:
- The passwords for the host and participants must not be the same.
- If the password does not meet the requirements, please follow the on-screen prompts to modify it before saving.
- When creating a live stream, the system automatically generates passwords for the host and participants.
Audience Viewing Condition Settings

In the left menu of the settings page, click Viewing Conditions. In the form on the right, set the audience viewing conditions and save.
Available viewing condition types:
- Paid Viewing: View after payment.
- Whitelist Viewing: Users on the whitelist can view for free.
- Registration Viewing: View after completing the required registration information.
- Verification Code Viewing: View after entering the correct verification code.
- Custom Authorization: View on the POLYV platform after verifying the learner.
- External Authorization: Learners are redirected to your own interface to view.
- Share to View: View after sharing to a WeChat contact.
Note: Viewing conditions can be set as a single condition or dual conditions. However, under dual conditions, the two conditions are mutually exclusive. Additionally, Share to View can only be set as a secondary viewing condition.
3. Sharing a Seminar

On the My Live Streams page, locate the seminar you wish to share in the list. Click the Live Stream Link in the action list on the right. A sharing information window will open, containing:
- Host: Login URL, Login Password
- Participant: Login URL, Login Password
- Audience: Login URL
Notes:
- Mini programs, VClass, and mobile SDKs currently do not support co-hosting (live connection).
- The login URL for the host and participants is the same.
4. Recording Settings

In the left menu of the settings page, click Recording Settings. In the form on the right, set the recording rules and save.
Recording methods:
- Auto Recording: Recording starts when a host or participant enters the live room. Recording ends when all hosts or participants leave or disconnect for more than 40 seconds.
- Manual Recording: The host clicks the Start Recording button to begin recording and clicks the Stop button to end it. For details, please refer to the host usage instructions.

In the left menu of the settings page, click Video Library. In the form on the right, you can view the completed recordings, all in MP4 format.
