- This document serves as a guide for applying for categories and qualifications when integrating the WeChat Mini Program WebView SDK.
- The polyv Mini Program SDK provides live streaming, on-demand playback, document rendering, and other functions for WeChat Mini Programs. It also offers a set of components for users to flexibly combine their own business logic.
- The SDK uses WeChat's
live-playerfor live streaming andlive-pusherfor video calls. You must first pass the category review, then enable the corresponding component permissions in the Mini Program admin console under "Development" - "Interface Settings".- The qualification requirements for the
live-playerandlive-pushercomponents are the same.- WeChat Mini Programs verified with a personal account do not support live streaming services.

The category of a WeChat Mini Program represents its service scenario. In the Mini Program admin console, under Settings > Basic Settings > Service Categories, you can select categories that match the Mini Program's functionality. The selected categories must align with the actual application scenario of the Mini Program; otherwise, the review submission will be rejected.

Social - Live Streaming
