Polyv Watch Plugin Category Application Requirements

• This document explains the service categories and related qualifications required for mini programs applying to use the "Polyv Watch" plugin.
• The categories listed below are the current access scope for the "Polyv Watch" plugin and do not represent WeChat's unified requirements for all live streaming plugins.
• Mini programs applying to use this plugin must be non-individual entities in Mainland China.
• WeChat may adjust service categories and application materials based on policies, laws, regulations, and platform requirements. When submitting an application, please refer to WeChat's open service categories and actual review requirements.

The "Polyv Watch" plugin currently supports the following mini program service categories:

Whether the plugin can ultimately be applied for and used is subject to the plugin application page display and WeChat review results.

The screenshots above are used to confirm that the referenced plugin is "Polyv Watch" and do not mean that the integrator can bypass the category review of their own mini program.

Education Services - Online Video Courses

This category applies to the education industry providing online courses, online training, lectures, and other educational video or live streaming services.

Qualification requirements: Choose 1 of the following 5 materials:

1. Public schools provide the "Certificate of Legal Person Status for Public Institutions";
2. Training institutions provide one of the following: "School Running License for Private Schools", "Training License for Non-Disciplinary Off-Campus Training Institutions", or "Review Opinion Letter for Cultural and Art Off-Campus Training Institutions";
3. Filing on the National Off-Campus Education and Training Supervision and Service Comprehensive Platform;
4. Approval documents from the education department;
5. "License for Dissemination of Audio-Visual Programs via Information Networks".

E-commerce Platform - E-commerce Platform

This category applies to platforms that provide online trading venues for enterprises or individuals, i.e., platforms that facilitate transactions for multiple operators. Self-operated product sales should select the corresponding category based on the actual business.

Applying for this category requires submitting the following materials simultaneously:

1. "Value-Added Telecommunications Business License", with the approved service item including "Online Data Processing and Transaction Processing Business";
2. E-commerce platform service agreement and transaction rules;
3. E-commerce platform review requirements or regulatory documents for入驻 operators;
4. E-commerce platform mechanism or plan for handling user transaction disputes.
