Chat Room Backend Management Settings

1. When a channel is first created, the chat room, bullet comments, welcome messages, like messages, red envelope feature, marquee announcements, and online user list are all enabled by default, while chat moderation and chat replay are disabled.
2. You can enable or disable the corresponding features by clicking the button.
