Polyv provides only an upload space service and does not modify or edit any user-transmitted content. The classification and tags of content on Polyv are filled in by users during upload. Polyv does not participate in content classification or edit content. Polyv has always attached great importance to intellectual property protection and complies with all intellectual property laws, regulations, and binding normative documents of the People's Republic of China. Polyv firmly believes that the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners should be respected and protected in accordance with the law. This website resolutely opposes any act that violates the copyright laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Since we cannot fully monitor all information uploaded by users to this website, we have formulated measures and steps to protect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights holders. To facilitate our company's timely processing of your comments, your notice should at least contain the following:

Once we receive a notice that meets the above requirements, we will take corresponding measures including deletion. If the conditions are not met, we will ask you to provide the relevant information and temporarily refrain from taking measures including deletion.

Users who upload works to Polyv are deemed to agree to the corresponding measures taken by Polyv in the aforementioned circumstances. Polyv shall not bear any liability for breach of contract or any other legal liability as a result. After receiving the above notice, Polyv will send an email to notify the user who uploaded such works. For users who repeatedly upload allegedly infringing works, we will cancel their user qualifications.
