Since we automatically transcode uploaded videos into three bitrates (smooth, HD, and ultra HD) for playback, customers can use our recommended parameters for video encoding. Recommended parameters: Video encoding format: H.264, Bitrate: 1000kbps, Resolution: Default, File name: .flv or .mp4, Audio encoding format: AAC, Bitrate: 64kbps.

  1. How to add video files during the upload process?

When uploading video files, if you need to insert a video into the current upload queue, how can this be done? You can open a new browser, log into the backend again, and upload.
