1. Acceptance of the POLYV Terms of Service

By accessing and/or using this website, you signify your agreement to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Guangzhou Yifang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yifang"), as the operator of POLYV (polyv.net), provides services to you in accordance with this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not access or use this website.

2. Modification and Changes to this Agreement

Yifang has the right to modify this Agreement at any time. In the event of any changes to the terms of the Agreement, Yifang will indicate the modified content on relevant pages. If a user does not agree to the modifications of this Agreement, they may choose to stop using or accessing this website or cancel services already obtained. If a user chooses to continue accessing or using this website after the modification of this Agreement, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted the modifications of this Agreement.

3. Service Description

(1) POLYV is a service platform that provides upload space and technology to a wide range of users and does not directly upload content itself.

(2) Yifang uses its own system to provide services to users via the Internet. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or strengthen the current service, including new products and newly added services, are unconditionally subject to this Agreement.

(3) Yifang assumes no responsibility for the website service. The company does not guarantee that the service will meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. It also makes no warranty regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the service.

4. User Conduct

4.1 User Account, Password, and Security

Once a user successfully registers and passes the review, they become a legitimate user of POLYV and will receive a password and an account. Users shall take reasonable measures to maintain the security of their password and account. Users bear full responsibility for all activities conducted using that password and account. Any loss or damage resulting from such activities shall be borne by the user, and Yifang assumes no responsibility.

If a user's password or account is used without authorization or any other security issue arises, the user may immediately notify Yifang. Additionally, users should end account usage after each session, otherwise, they may not receive security protection from Yifang.

Yifang has the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

4.2 Users Shall Comply with the Following Laws and Regulations

Users agree to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and implementation measures concerning computers and the Internet, including but not limited to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets," the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software," the "Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services," and the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information." In any case where Yifang reasonably believes that a user's actions may violate the aforementioned laws or regulations, Yifang may terminate the provision of services to that user at any time without prior notice.

Yifang welcomes users to report any uploaded content that violates the aforementioned laws or infringes upon the rights of others. Upon discovery of illegal or infringing uploaded content, Yifang will delete it unconditionally.

4.3 Users are Prohibited from Engaging in the Following Conduct:

(1) Uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, damages national honor and interests, incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermines ethnic unity, violates national religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions, is obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terrifying, or incites crime, insults or defames others, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or contains other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations, or other objectionable content including but not limited to information, data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, information, or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content").

(2) Harming minors in any way.

(3) Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming or misleading others into believing an affiliation with any person or entity through deceptive means.

(4) Forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers to mislead others into believing that the content was transmitted by Yifang.

(5) Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting content that one has no right to transmit (such as internal data, confidential information).

(6) Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting content that infringes upon any person's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.

(7) Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting advertising letters, promotional materials, "junk mail," etc., except in dedicated areas designated for such purposes.

(8) Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting materials containing software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with, disrupt, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

(9) Interfering with or disrupting the website service or servers and networks connected to the website service, or failing to comply with the requirements of using this website.

(10) Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other legally binding norms.

4.4 Users Assume Full Responsibility for Content Uploaded, Posted, Sent via Email, or Transmitted Through This Website

Yifang does not guarantee the legality, legitimacy, accuracy, completeness, or quality of content transmitted through this website. Users may encounter unpleasant, inappropriate, or objectionable content while using the website service. Under no circumstances shall Yifang be liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of using any content. Yifang has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content provided through this website at its sole discretion. Users assume the risk of using such content. Yifang has the right to preserve or disclose content under the following circumstances:

(1) As required by legal proceedings;

(2) As stipulated in this Terms of Service Agreement;

(3) Upon a claim of rights by an injured third party;

(4) To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Yifang, its users, or the public.

(5) Other circumstances Yifang deems necessary.

4.5 Storage and Limitations on User Information

Yifang is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store information posted by users. Yifang has the right to determine whether a user's conduct complies with the provisions of this Website Terms of Service Agreement. If Yifang believes that a user has violated the terms of the Agreement, Yifang has the right to terminate the provision of website services to that user.

5. User Privacy Policy

When users register for Yifang's services, they must provide personal information. Yifang collects personal information for the purpose of providing users with as many personalized online services as possible and providing advertisers with a convenient way to reach suitable users, as well as sending relevant content and advertisements. During this process, advertisers will never have access to users' personal information. Yifang will not publicly disclose, edit, or reveal users' personal information or non-public content stored with Yifang without the authorization of the legitimate user, except in the following circumstances:

(1) As required by relevant laws or Yifang's legitimate service procedures;

(2) In emergency situations to protect the rights and interests of users and the public;

(3) To protect Yifang's trademark rights, patent rights, and any other legitimate rights and interests;

(4) Other circumstances requiring the disclosure, editing, or revelation of personal information.

Yifang has the right to use users' personal information in the following (including but not limited to) circumstances:

(1) During promotions or sweepstakes, Yifang may share users' personal information with sponsors. In such cases, Yifang will provide notice before sending user information, and users can terminate the transmission process by choosing not to participate.

(2) Yifang may match user information with third-party data.

(3) Yifang may disclose aggregated user statistics to future partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other legitimate purposes to describe Yifang's services.

(4) When users purchase goods or services listed on Yifang, the information Yifang obtains and the information users provide (such as users' credit card numbers and contact information) may be provided to merchants. These merchants may conduct data collection operations, but Yifang assumes no responsibility for such operations by merchants.

(5) Yifang may send users information about different Yifang products and services or other products and services Yifang believes users may be interested in. If users do not wish to receive such emails, they simply need to inform Yifang when providing personal information or at any other time. Additionally, Yifang will make every effort to protect user information, but Yifang cannot guarantee the security of any personal information, and users assume the risk themselves.

6. Regarding Content Uploaded or Posted by Users on POLYV:

(1) User-uploaded content refers to videos or any other form of content, including text, images, audio, etc., uploaded or posted by users on this website.

(2) Unless Yifang receives a contrary notice, Yifang will consider the user as the copyright owner of the content uploaded or posted on this website. By uploading or posting content on this website, users agree to grant Yifang a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, non-exclusive license to use all such content. Yifang has the right to display, distribute, and promote the aforementioned content, and has the right to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and use the aforementioned content in any form, or authorize third parties to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and use it in any form.

(3) The user shall bear full responsibility for any claims by third parties or any damages or losses arising from the user's uploading or posting of the aforementioned content on this website.

7. Regarding Third-Party Links

This website service may provide links to other international internet websites or resources. Yifang assumes no guarantee regarding the availability of such websites or resources. Yifang also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on such websites or resources.

8. Yifang's Intellectual Property and Other Rights

(1) Yifang holds corresponding rights to the materials contained in the website service and the software used by this website that are protected by intellectual property or other laws. Except for content over which users legally hold copyright, the overall copyright of this website belongs to Yifang.

(2) Videos and other content transmitted through this website are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, or other laws. Except for the copyright held by the user who uploaded such videos and other content, other users may not modify, rent, distribute, or create derivative works without the express authorization of Yifang.

(3) Users have a non-exclusive right to use the software used by this website but may not themselves copy, modify, sell, or create derivative products, nor permit any third party to do so.

(1) Yifang does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of any information, content, or advertising (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Information") obtained from this website from others. If any individual or entity engages in any conduct based on the aforementioned "Information," they must verify its authenticity and carefully guard against risks. Otherwise, regardless of the reason, this website shall not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or liability for any transactions and/or conduct not directly conducted with this website.

Yifang assumes no liability to users or any third party for the termination of this website service. Yifang has the right, for any reason, to terminate a user's account, password, or use of this service, or delete or transfer content stored or posted by the user in this service. Yifang may take such actions without notice and assumes no liability to the user or any third party.

12. Notices

Notices sent by Yifang to users shall be in the form of email or page announcements. When the terms of this Agreement are modified or other matters change, Yifang will provide notice using one of the aforementioned methods.
