Creating a Seminar

On the [New Live Stream] page, the admin selects the seminar scenario, fills in the name and category, and clicks the confirm button to complete the creation.
Note: If information is missing or does not meet the requirements, please modify it according to the on-screen prompts before saving.
Seminar Settings
Settings Entry
On the [Live Stream List] page, the admin finds the seminar to configure, clicks the settings button at the bottom of the item card, and enters the seminar settings page.
Host/Participant Login Settings
On the [Live Room Info] page, click the Edit Live Stream button on the right to enter the editing page.

The editing page displays the current host/participant passwords. Enter a new password in the edit box and click Save to complete the modification.
Note:
- The host and participant passwords must not be identical.
- If the password does not meet the requirements, please modify it according to the on-screen prompts before saving.
- When creating a live stream, the system automatically generates host and participant passwords.
Audience Viewing Condition Settings

In the left menu of the settings page, click [Viewing Restrictions]. In the right form, set the audience viewing conditions and save. Click here to view
Types of viewing conditions include:
- Paid Viewing: View after payment.
- Whitelist Viewing: Users on the whitelist can view for free.
- Registration Viewing: View after filling in the required information.
- Verification Code Viewing: View after entering the correct verification code.
- Custom Authorization: View on the Polyv platform after verifying the learner.
- External Authorization: Learners are redirected to the customer's own interface to view.
- Share to View: View after sharing with WeChat friends.
Note: Viewing conditions can be set as a single condition or dual conditions, but the two conditions under dual conditions are mutually exclusive. Additionally, Share to View can only be set as a secondary viewing condition.
Seminar Sharing

On the [Live Stream List] page, the admin finds the seminar to share, clicks the link button at the bottom left of the card, and a sharing information window opens, containing:
Host: Login URL, Login Password Participant: Login URL, Login Password Audience: Login URL
Note:
- Mini programs, Vclass, and mobile SDKs do not currently support co-hosting.
- The login URLs for the host and participants are the same.
Recording Settings

In the left menu of the settings page, click [Recording Settings]. In the right form, set the recording rules and save.
Recording methods include:
Automatic Recording: Recording starts when the host or participant enters the live room; recording ends when all hosts or participants leave or disconnect for more than 40 seconds. Manual Recording: The host clicks the Start Recording button to begin recording and clicks the Stop button to end recording. For details, see the host instructions.

In the left menu of the settings page, click [Video Library]. In the right form, you can see the completed recordings, all in MP4 format, which can be previewed, downloaded, and deleted.
